While hunkered down in the deep back woods of Oklahoma in 2020, Brother Micheal decided to write songs inspired by the cosmic cowboys of his childhood. Enlisting the help from his actual brother, Brother Kevin, the two set out to make a sound that brought back childhood memories of listing to the songs of Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Micheal Martin Murphy, Jerry Jeff Walker, Guy Clark, Townez Van Zandt, and The Lost Gonzo Band.
Themes of heartbreak, small-town life, drugs & alcohol, cowboys, and the ever-changing landscape of their native Oklahoma, can be found throughout their songs.
